Estimate Tips
What to send before asking for a flooring estimate
A good estimate starts with good information. You do not need a perfect drawing or contractor language. A few clear photos and basic measurements usually get the conversation moving.

Send wide photos first
Take photos from the corners of the room or garage so the full floor is visible. Close-up photos help too, but wide photos show the layout, doors, edges, steps, drains, and anything that may affect the installation.
Measure the floor as best you can
Length times width is enough for the first conversation. If the room has odd shapes, send a quick sketch with rough numbers. We can clean it up from there.
Mention what is on the floor now
Old tile, paint, carpet glue, oil stains, moisture, cracks, and previous coatings all matter. The more we know up front, the better we can talk about prep and timing.
